About My Research
My thesis research explores how supportive work environments, particularly remote and hybrid work arrangements, influence employees' ability to maintain their health while engaging in meaningful employment. Through in-depth qualitative analysis of employee experiences, the study examines how workplace environments, supervisors, and organizational support shape well-being and workforce participation. The findings contribute evidence to inform healthier, more sustainable approaches to work design and organizational policy.
